Can I schedule a taste testing?

We have several items that are gluten free and/or dairy free. Reach out to us and we'll help direct you to the best options for your event!

Do you accomodate for allergies?

For the success of your event it is important to solidify your guest count to the closest estimate possible. Overestimating is always better than underestimating. Underestimating affects the success of your event by amount of product available, length of lines (you should never have lines longer than 10 min), overall guest experience, and our brand. If the event exceeds the quoted count an additional 20% guest service fee/guest will be charged. 

What if my guest count for my event is not accurate?

Plan on about 6-8ft per item you ask us to bring. You are more than welcome to arrange us how you want in your venue.

How much room do you need?

We will not refund your deposit. Events canceled with at least a two week prior notice are not required to complete the final deposit. Events canceled within 2 weeks of the event will still be charged.

What happens if I cancel my event? 

If you do not pay, we will not show up. 

What if I pay late?

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book your event on our calendar. The remaining 50% is required no later than 2 weeks before your event.

How much is the first deposit?

We usually cater for group sizes anywhere from 75-1000 guests. If you have are smaller than that, please reach out and we'll see if we can make happen!  *Serving times may vary for small parties

What size of guest count will you cater for?

Our Crisp team will arrive 1.5-2 hours prior to start time for set up. 

What time will you get to my event?

We have a $600 price minimum for an event for the first bar. After that, a minimum of $400 per additional bar is required.

Is there a price minimum?

Several servings per guest, all utensils and dinnerware needed for the items we serve, an incredible serving team, and our promise that your event will be amazing!

What does the price include?

2 servings hours is included in the price of the catering. Anything more than that is $100/bar per hour. 

How much serving time is included in my package?

If it's outside of our 50-mile radius, please reach out to us! We always do our best to accommodate wherever your event may be.

How far do you travel outside of your radius?

All invoices include a standard $100 Fuel and Surcharge fee for all events within a 50 mile radius of Draper, UT. Anything outside of that will require an additional travel fee.

Is there a travel fee?

A 15% gratuity is included on all invoices. Any additional gratuity goes directly to the servers involved.
