The holidays usher in a wave of kindness and gratitude not felt the remainder of the year. Friends, family and food are a few of our favorite things, probably because we are surrounded by all of these thighs every day at Crisp Catering.
I love that holidays bring out the chef in us. We search for the “perfect” recipe that even Aunt Judy (name has been changed to protect the innocent) can’t hate when she scoops it on her plate and takes her first bite. We choose food that makes us happy and takes us to a time, place, and feeling. My happy holiday food is the classic mashed potato; good enough to stand alone but a delightful addition to a yummy gravy. Here are the necessary, “must haves”, from my kids.
“Scalloped potatoes. Those stupid potatoes are an every year holiday item.” – Lexie

We love being part of your holidays. This season we are serving at corporate events, holiday cocktail hours, weddings, birthday parties. We will even be catering for a Christmas tree lot with our fun hot chocolate bar. We are lucky to be chosen to be part of your holiday memory making. Enjoy what makes the holidays beautiful and magical, and have an extra heaping scoop of mashed potatoes for me.
